Vehicle registration must be available upon entry to the grounds In consideration for the rights to participate, participants release and discharge the show promoters, Calhoun County Agricultural & Industrial Society (CCAIS), workers, volunteers, and all others that are connected to said show of all known and unknown damages, injuries, and loss of property. Show management reserves the right to restrict participants and spectators to acceptable behavior during all activities. No golf carts or scooters allowed without proof of handicap (must show special rider on homeowner’s policy to cover the golf cart or scooter and have a permit from the fairgrounds office).
