Building Rental

Since 1848, this is Michigan's Longest Running County Fair!

Host Your Event!

The Calhoun County Fairgrounds has several buildings available for rent. We can serve as the host of wedding receptions, craft shows, festivals, animal shows and much much more! There is ample parking for any sized event! If you are interested in any type of event please contact us or call the fair office for more details!

Buildings
  • The Calhoun County Fairgrounds has several buildings that are available (depending on the time of year-see below) for use/rental.
  • We offer table and chair rental for your event
  • Please note there is NO heat or air conditioning in the buildings (except the Church)

PLEASE NOTE there is NO building rentals during the following dates: 

  • All Buildings on the grounds:
    • October 11th, 2024-April 6th, 2025 (with the exception of Floral Hall and the Church-see below)
  • Floral Hall and the Church:
    • Cannot rent during the month of DECEMBER and AUGUST
    • Call the office to confirm the use during the following months:
      • January-July, September-November

Size: 12,000 square feet
Cost: Starts at $865.00 rental fee

Boys & Girls Building

Size: 7,800 square feet
Cost: Starts at $635.00 rental fee

Merchants Building

Size: 12,000 square feet
Cost: Starts at $865.00 rental fee

Belcher Building

Size: 3,000 square feet
Cost: Starts are $525.00 rental fee

Floral Hall

Size: 5,400 square feet
Cost: Starts at $450.00 rental fee
Unique Features: Oldest eight-sided wooden structure in the state of Michigan.

Old Maple Grove Church

Seats roughly 100 guests
Starts at $450.00 rental fee (entire Church) or $250.00 Basement Only
