Once we receive all current camping forms back, we will be reaching out to everyone on the waitlist.
Current Fair Week Campers
ATTENTION
Fair Week Camping Forms are Due on or before May 2nd, 2026.
Please list the exhibitor names on the form if you are a Livestock Exhibitor Camper.
Don’t forget—Fair Week camping forms and payments are due on or before May 2nd!
Fair Week will take place August 16–22, 2026. Payment MUST be included with your COMPLETED forms, or you will lose your camping spot.
Office Hours Update for Next Week:
We will be open from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only (April 27, April 29, and May 1).
If you are unable to stop in or call during open hours, please utilize our drop box: The black drop box located in front of the Floral Hall and Church (look for the gate sign labeled “Drop Box”). When dropping off items, please place everything in a sealed envelope to ensure your materials remain intact and do not get mixed with others.
