Club Rosters:
- April 15, 2025 (final rosters)
Youth Participation Forms:
- Eligibility forms must be received at least two weeks prior to the project start date, or by May 1^st, whichever is earlier.
Code of Conduct:
- June 13, 2025
Weigh-Ins *:
- Beef/Dairy Beef – March 15, 2025
- Sheep – May 3, 2025
- Dairy Starter – May 3, 2025

Each exhibitor must have their own account; exhibitor numbers for show are generated from their information.
You can use the same email for multiple exhibitors.
Set a password for your account.
Youth exhibitors will select which club they are exhibiting in.
Select your entries.
Select the Qty for Entry fee ($10.00 per Exhibitor).
For Manure Fee, please select the qty of animals you will be showing:
- $3.00 per Horse, Swine, Goat, Sheep, Beef, Dairy
- $1.00 per Poultry, Rabbits, Cavies
You are all set to check out!
Make sure you pay IN FULL at the time of checkout-CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY FOR ONLINE ENTRIES!
You will receive an email confirmation with your entries.

Fill the form out completly with your Dept/Division/Class Numbers that you are signing up for.
Entry fee-$10.00 per Exhibitor
