CCAIS and the event organizer(s) cannot guarantee that event attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 and that attending events at the Calhoun County Fairgrounds could increase their risk. Vehicle registration must be available upon entry to the grounds In consideration for the rights to participate, participants release and discharge the show promoters, Calhoun County Agricultural & Industrial Society (CCAIS), workers, volunteers, and all others that are connected to said show of all known and unknown damages, injuries, and loss of property. Show management reserves the right to restrict participants and spectators to acceptable behavior during all activities. The following will not be tolerated: tire spinning, burnouts, intoxication, foul language, or any other behavior that management views as objectionable. No golf carts or scooters allowed without proof of handicap (must show special rider on homeowner’s policy to cover the golf cart or scooter and have a permit from the fairgrounds office).
