Register for Cruise at the Fountain

1. Vehicle registration must be available upon entry to the grounds
2. Except as otherwise provided for herein, there are no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by you
3. In consideration for the rights to participate, participants release and discharge the show promoters, Calhoun County Agricultural & Industrial Society (CCAIS), workers, volunteers, and all others that are connected to said show of all known and unknown damages, injuries, and loss of property.
4. Show management reserves the right to restrict participants and spectators to acceptable behavior during all activities. The following will not be tolerated: tire spinning, burnouts, intoxication, foul language, or any other behavior that management views as objectionable.
5. Participants shall at all times observe all safety and traffic regulations, maintaining vehicle and conduct befitting a representative of the sport of street rodding and custom cruising.
6. No golf carts or scooters allowed without proof of handicap (must show special rider on homeowner’s policy to cover the golf cart or scooter and have a permit from the fairgrounds office).
7. No pets allowed except in camping areas (must be on a leash at all times).
