Halloween Camping Registration

TERMS & Site Rules
1. Be considerate of others while disposing of garbage and dispose of it properly. Keep your campsite clean.
2. Water is only available at the Comfort Center, all remaining water will be off.
3. Campers and guests must obey all rules in this agreement, (please see below) and must also obey all local, state, and federal laws.
4. Anyone 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult or legal guardian while in the campground.
5. Camping rates are based on 2 adults and 4 children under 18. Additional campers are subject to visitor rates
6. Up to 2 extra adults can stay in your camper or tent with you at a cost of $5.00 each adult per night
7. One sleeping unit per site. Only one trailer or tent or RV per site
8. Two vehicle limit per site
9. No cutting of trees or shrubs or taking ANY wood from the woods
10. Campfires are restricted to fire rings only. This is a city ordinance, and the city will enforce and issue any burning permits. A responsible adult to be in attendance at all times. No trash, bottles, cans or left-over food is to be burned.
11. Campfire rings are not to be moved
12. Campsite must be cleaned before you leave
13. No grilling on top of picnic tables
14. Trash must be bagged properly and disposed of in dumpster near Maintenance Shed
15. No bike riding after 9:00 pm is suggested
16. Flashlights recommended after dark for your safety when going to and from restroom
17. NO ATVs, Quads, DUNE BUGGY’S, or Sand Rails. All vehicles are limited to 5 MPH while in the fairgrounds and shall be limited to sound
18. All Drivers MUST be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license to operate carts/vehicles. Violators will lose their registration and will have to purchase a new registration upon management approval
19. Liability insurance required for all golf carts due at time of payment.
20. Campground Staff determines the rules. If management determines that someone has violated the rules or is having behavioral issues, they will be asked to leave the grounds with no refunds
21. Any persons partaking in drug use or something illegal, swearing excessively, streaking and /or underage drinking will be removed from campground with no refunds
22. We have no tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior as we are trying to maintain a family friendly atmosphere
23. All alcoholic beverages must remain on your site in a secure area
24. Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit for everyone’s safety
25. There is to be no walking thru other camper’s sites
26. Please pick up all belongings after using showers and other Fairground facilities. Please report any bathroom problems to the General Manager immediately
27. This is a private event for registered campers only. No outside guests/groups may come on the day of the event. We have limited goodies for children and in order to ensure each registered child gets their share we cannot have additional attendees.
28. ALL CAMPERS MUST BE PARKED IN ROWS. NO CAMPING IN CIRCLES.

Children
• Children under 18 years of age must never be left alone on Fairgrounds property
• Parents/guardian are responsible for their children at all times on all Fairground facilities

Pets
• No more than two pets per site
• Dogs must be leashed at all times
• Dogs that bark continuously may be asked to be removed from the grounds
• Clean up after your pet(s) at all times – waste must be placed in the trash
 The CCAIS reserves the right to remove any campers, without refund, for the best interest of the fairgrounds and/or other Campers/Renters.

 Management has the right to change, update any rules as deemed necessary and will post prior or day of event of any changes.

Rules and Regulations Agreement
I hereby have read and fully understand all rules listed above and agree to comply with these regulations. I will also be responsible for my guests and will ensure that they will also comply with these regulations. I understand that failure to comply with these regulations may result in cancellation of campsite privilege.

Release of Liability Waiver
I do hereby fully release and forever discharge CCAIS, Calhoun County Fairgrounds, and its agents, assigns, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or loss that I may have or which may accrue to me arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my use of the Calhoun County Fairgrounds and Campground. I have read and fully understand all rules on the reverse side of this form and agree to comply with these regulations. I will also be responsible for my guests and will ensure that they will also comply with these regulations. I understand that failure to comply with these regulations may result in cancellation of campsite privilege.
