IMPORTANT DATES/DEADLINES
Exhibitor/ShoWorks entries and payments due:
- On or before Friday, June 12, 2026
2026 Camping forms and payments due:
- On or before Friday, May 8, 2026
2026 Club Rosters (FINAL ROSTERS) due:
- On or before Wednesday, April 15, 2026
2026 Code of Conduct forms:
- ShoWorks: if signing up as an exhibitor through ShoWorks; by clicking the box that acknowledges all information is correct, this will count as your signature for a Code of Conduct.
- In Person: If you fill out a physical Exhibitor form, you MUST fill out a Code of Conduct (Code of Conduct forms will be stapled to exhibitor forms).
2026 Livestock Youth Participation forms:
- If you are a NEW livestock exhibitor to the Calhoun County Fair, i.e. transferring/showed at a different fair and/or live in another county, you will need to reach out to the Fairground’s office [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the species weigh-in date, or by May 1st, whichever is earlier letting us know your interest in participating in the 2026 Calhoun County Fair.
Weigh-Ins: (please reach out to species superintendents to confirm times or any other information needed)
- Beef/Dairy Beef: Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 8:30am-12:00pm
- Sheep: Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 8:00am-11:00am
- Dairy Starter: Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 8:00am-11:00am (vet on-site)
